Is there a minimum booking requirement for individual appointments?

Yes, we require a 2-hour minimum for all individual bookings and stand-alone service requests to ensure quality care and thorough execution of your tasks.

How does mileage work for errands outside your primary service area?

Errands within our primary Springfield, Missouri service area are included in our standard service rates.

For travel or errands outside our regular service area, mileage is billed separately at $0.35 per mile.

What are the deposit requirements for larger projects or events?

Larger projects, extensive home organization, and event planning require a 50% deposit upon booking to reserve dates and begin preparation, with the remainder due upon completion.

Do you handle weekend or after-hours requests?

Yes, we can accommodate urgent, weekend, or after-hours needs depending on availability. Please note that after-hours and weekend assistance carries an additional fee.

When is payment due for monthly packages?

Monthly retainer packages are billed and paid in advance at the start of each service cycle, reserving your dedicated hours on our calendar each month.

What is included in services versus what incurs additional charges?

Standard service time includes scheduled executive administration, correspondence, personal errands, and coordination tasks. Direct expenses such as third-party purchases, parking, tolls, out-of-area mileage, and after-hours surcharges are billed separately.
